A local Adelaide electrician you deal with directly
Odin Electric is a director-led electrical business based in Adelaide. When you get in touch, you're talking to the licensed electrician who will quote, plan and do the work.
Small by design, so the details don't get missed
Odin Electric was set up by director Yazen Sayagha with a simple idea: people should be able to call an electrician, speak to the person who will actually do the job, and get straight answers about what's needed and what it will cost.
Yazen is a licensed electrician in South Australia. He looks after everything from a single extra power point or a faulty light to switchboard upgrades, safety inspections for rental properties and electrical work for small businesses.
Because Odin Electric is a small, local business, there's no call centre and no handing your job to a stranger. You'll know who's turning up, when they're coming and what they're going to do.
What you can expect on every job
Four things we care about, whether it's a five-minute fix or a full renovation.
Safety first
Work is done to the Australian wiring rules (AS/NZS 3000), tested before we leave, and certified with a Certificate of Compliance where required.
Honest advice
We'll tell you what actually needs doing and what can wait. You agree the scope and price before work starts, and we talk first if anything changes.
Tidy work
Neat cabling, careful patching of any holes we make, dust cleaned up and old fittings taken away. Your home should look better than when we arrived.
Clear communication
We return calls, turn up when we say we will, and explain the work in plain English. If we're running late, you'll hear about it.
Licensed, registered and easy to check
All electrical work in South Australia must be carried out by a licensed person. We're happy for you to check our details before you book. It only takes a minute.
- Licence details can be checked on the Consumer and Business Services (CBS) public register
- Certificate of Compliance issued for completed prescribed electrical work
- ABN you can look up on the Australian Business Register

A name that stands for dependable work
In Norse mythology, Odin is the all-father: wise, watchful and steady. It felt like a good fit for an electrician whose job is to keep homes and businesses safe and running. We'll leave the thunderbolts to his son Thor and stick to tidy, well-tested wiring.
