How soon can you come out?
It depends on the job and our current bookings. Urgent safety issues are prioritised. For planned work, we'll give you a realistic time when you book and keep you posted if anything changes.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
Your name, suburb and a short description of the job are enough to start. Photos of your switchboard and the area you want work done help us quote faster. If it's a rental, include the property manager's or tenant's contact details for access.
Electrical emergency? If there's a fire, or someone has had an electric shock, call 000 immediately. Don't touch anyone who may still be in contact with electricity. If it's safe, switch off the main switch at your switchboard.
