Electrical work that fits around your business
For a business, the cost of an electrical job isn't just the invoice. It's the hours the shop can't open, the staff who can't work and the customers who walk past. That's why we plan commercial jobs carefully before anyone picks up a tool.
- We ask when your quiet periods are and schedule noisy or power-off work around them.
- Shut-downs are planned in advance so you can warn staff, back up computers and protect fridges and freezers.
- Work areas are kept tidy and safe for staff and customers.
- You get a clear scope and quote in writing, so there are no surprises for the business owner or landlord.

Electrical work for small commercial premises
We focus on the kind of commercial work small and medium businesses need day to day.
Fit-outs and refits. Power, data and lighting for new tenancies and refurbishments, coordinated with your builder or shopfitter.
LED lighting upgrades. Replacing old fluorescent and halogen fittings with efficient LED panels, battens and track lighting.
Extra power and circuits. New outlets for workstations, dedicated circuits for equipment, coffee machines, ovens and cool rooms.
Fault finding and repairs. Tripping circuits, dead outlets, failed lights and equipment that won't power up.
Switchboard work. Adding circuits, upgrading protection and tidying up boards that have been added to over the years.
Planned maintenance. Scheduled visits to fix the small things before they turn into downtime.
Electrical work that fits around your business
Commercial premises often have more going on than a house: three-phase supply, multiple distribution boards, tenancy separations and landlord requirements. We'll check what's there before quoting and flag anything that affects the job.
Frequently asked questions
What types of businesses do you work with?
Mainly small commercial premises such as shops, offices, cafés, clinics, studios and small warehouses. If you're not sure whether your job suits us, call and we'll tell you honestly.
Can you work with my builder or shopfitter?
Yes. For fit-outs we can work to the builder's program and drawings, attend site meetings and coordinate rough-in and fit-off stages with the other trades.
Do you replace fluorescent lights with LED?
Yes. LED upgrades are one of the most common commercial jobs. We'll recommend fittings that suit the space, whether that's a retail floor, office, kitchen or storeroom, and remove the old fittings.
Will I get a Certificate of Compliance for my landlord?
Yes. We issue a Certificate of Compliance for prescribed electrical work, and we can provide a copy for your landlord or property manager if the lease requires it.
Do you need to turn the power off to the whole building?
Not usually. Most work only needs individual circuits isolated. Where a full shut-down is required, such as for switchboard work, we'll plan it with you in advance.
